The breakfast was excellent , the staff were very helpful and cheerful I would give the staff 10 out of 10 . Only one small point the orange juice had no real flavour .I would stop again and let family and friends know how well we were treated .
The room next door was having some work done ,so there was some banging and drilling going on .The drive at the entrance to the hotel had a tight turn to the right making difficult to manoeuvre with out hitting the kerb .

Handy for town
We stayed as had an event nearby. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful but room quite dated. We'd bought some snacks and put them on the windowsill which was full of condensation and wet the next morning. Bathroom could do with an upgrade

We booked a night at the holiday inn Bolton central as we were attending a gala dinner here. From start to finish our stay was perfect. Jayde and the reception staff were friendly and professional as was every memeber of staff we encountered. Our room was spotless and the little welcome note from Shelly was a lovely touch. The duty manager Louise made sure everything was to our satisfaction and really looked after us. The food was superb and all in all we had a lovely stay.

Stayed here for 1 night for work - hotel staff were friendly and service efficient. It is comfortable but it is desperate need of an update as the rooms are a little depressing and in need of a modern touch. Overall though very comfortable and clean.

Staff were really welcoming from helping me get in from the car park to reception and when i checked out.
Bathroom tired and dated - whilst the shower was great it looked dirty and scaled and spoiled the room

The hotel had a few rough edges but despite that, it was fairly clean and very comfortable and I slept very well. The service and welcome was very friendly and I was welcomed to the hotel in a lovely manner. Only little things but make a nice difference after a long day. I didnt eat here as the restaurant was busy with a coach party, but the receptionist told me of the choices within a few minutes walk
