First Class Staff
The staff were excellent. My wife was very ill for the whole period of our visit this time and the staff were very friendly and thoughtful especially Dipak Chakraborty who was more than thoughtful through out our stay.

Superior accomodation in the heart of Bolton.
Both the room and hotel public areas were what you would expect from Holiday Inn. Contemporary furnishing in a scrupulously clean room, with a comfortable bed, efficient shower & good TV/WiFi . Extensive bar menu. Subterranean car park was an added bonus especially arriving in a deluge. Located right in the heart of the city making access to all the shopping and attractions of Bolton easily accessible within a short walk.
Bar areas where very cold with a nasty nagging draught that could not be avoided despite changes in location.

Only stayed here as it was convenient for a works trip for a night. Very pleasant staff, nice comfy room and nice food. I would stay here again if i am in that area again.

We had our works Christmas party here, we had a good time. Prices of drinks a little expensive. £4.75 a pint, £5.55 a glass of wine.

It is a great venue for NEU Meetings and quite close to Bolton town centre.

It was quite cold here no heating had a hole in my toilet door which had been filled kettle was faulty only enough coffee for two coffee.staff were friendly however and pleasant
