I recently reviewed this company giving it a bad review as they never got back to me with a quote. I don't normally give these companies a second chance but George did get back to me, apologising profusely for his error and gave me a good price for a door, so I accepted and was so glad I did. He fitted the door personally with his apprentice, they were both very polite and cleaned up after themselves. Great job guys, couldn't have gone better.

I recently reviewed this company giving it a one star because they had never got back to me with a quote for a new door. The gentleman did get back to me, fair play to him, a lesser person would have just ignored me, but he did and profusely apologised, which is rare these days. I allowed him to give me a quote which I was very pleased with and accepted it. Unlike many companies, he did not want a deposit, which again is rare these days, which was a big factor in accepting. The door was fitted by him personally and his apprentice and I am only to happy to update my review and give him 5 stars. Very good job, they were so polite and everything was left so clean after the job that you wouldn't know anyone had been. I had received quotes from a few different company’s, G M Windows & Doors Ltd was reasonably priced and they were by far the most professional and took their time to discuss through all the options explaining everything in detail. I decided to go ahead with G&M because of the professionalism they showed and from their 5 star reviews.
Throughout placing the order and installation, there was good communication and updates sent on a regular basis and any questions I had were responded to promptly. (I had a lot of questions but was never made to feel like I was mithering them)
I had new front and back doors and all my windows replaced. One window needed a new lintel, and this was all arranged by the company ( I had the option to use my own builder). I decided to use their associated builders. He also was very professional taking videos and photos of everything he had completed.
The team were professional and arrived on time each day with a courtesy text before arrival.
They worked hard to ensure everything was completed to a high standard.

They have done a great job. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, they treat my home with respect. There was no damage from taking out the old to putting in the new. On the plus side The windows and door look great.

George and the team did a fantastic job fitting new windows and doors on the property I recently purchased. They were professional and worked hard from the outset, getting straight up the ladder taking measurements and drawing sketches of what was required to inform a very competitive quote when compared to others I had been given. All members of the team were professional, knowledgeable, polite and courteous, keeping me informed of progress throughout. During preliminary work it became apparent that the lintel for the back door would need removing and replacing with a new one so that the opening was big enough to fit the new thicker door frame and remain high enough for taller people to comfortably walk through. This obviously required additional work to fit the back door, but George did not charge any more than the original quote amount, which as mentioned previously, was already very competitive. All work was finished to a very high standard and the property was left clean and tidy upon completion. Many thanks to George and the team. I couldn't be happier with the work which has been done and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I needed so much advice and he had an endless amount patience answering all of my questions. From recommending the best window design most appropriate for the age of my terrace house right down to the finer detail of choosing a font displaying the house number in the double glazed fanlight above the front door!
He has a great team. Ashley and co were all professional, friendly and hard working. Their workmanship was to an extremely high standard.

This was our second job with G M Windows, and the lads did an excellent job again.
They were quick, punctual, clean, and were really happy with our new windows.
We have shutters too which we worried might be an issue but the lads were super gentle, and handled them brilliantly. They were re-installed with no issues whatsoever.

I was very impressed with George and his team. George came to see us three or four times to answer some questions we had so we were happy placing the order. The doors and windows were manufactured in the timescale he advised and are of excellent quality. Everything was fitted quickly and with the least disruption to the house.

Great fast service. Gave quote quickly , ordered and fitted within a few days even with Easter Bank Holiday being in the way. Cheaper than others I tried in the area and window looks great. They sent a text when they were on their way to save staying in all day, and were nice polite lads too. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future 👍

It was a very professional service, our fitters Ashley and Ben were the most polite fitters that I have ever come across. Both polite and extremely well mannered! Less fuss, less mess and a brilliant finish. Door was of excellent quality and the team led by owner George is an excellent team, fabulous communication skills and explained everything thoroughly prior to fitting so we knew what to expect.
