I contacted George to replace all our UPVC windows because all of his Which! reviews were 5 stars. He accommodated us despite a very busy order book. At the survey, he and Ashley listened to our needs and provided helpful, friendly advice on the design and colour of the windows, specialist glass etc. They were never pushy. George advised us to get another quote to demonstrate how competitive his prices are. His quote was so competitive, we went for doors as well as windows. The work was undertaken over 3 full week days at scheduled times. The fitters, led by Ashley, were punctual, extremely conscientious and experts at installation. They were also decent, friendly lads, who kept us posted on progress. The finished job is remarkable - the house looks amazing and is much warmer and quieter. The attention to detail on the interior against tile and wall is excellent, George is a perfectionist. He also provided Building Regulations papers and an insurance policy unsolicited. We are delighted and neighbours have been complementary and asked for George's contact details. I would recommend G M Windows & Doors Ltd without hesitation and have complete confidence in this consummately professional business.

Brilliant from start to finish, easy to communicate with and they did a excellent job fitting the door. Im a tradesmen myself so Always appreciate it when someone I dont know does a good job at my home, I know alot of companies just throw the doors in but these actually take pride in the work, and price was the best. Would highly recommend.

When George from GM windows, came round to quote I got a good feeling about his company, They wasn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for & with GM windows you get excellent professional service, attention to detail, very clean as they go & respect your home, a great bunch of fitters, a few giggles on the way, You definaty will not get shoddy workmanship as we have had in the past with large company's, if I could give this company 10⭐ we would, & the house curb appeal looks great, a massive thankyou GM windows.

GM windows and doors fitted our front door. We are very happy with the results. I liked the fact that George got back to us when he said he would and we found him very efficient. On the day of the door being fitted we received a text to say they where on their way. The lads that came where very friendly and polite. We would definetly recommend and if needs be use them in the future.

I wanted to have my windows and doors replaced while I was renting the property. Initially I thought that this may have been tricky, but George and the team were fantastic in communicating with myself and the tenants.

GM Windows were MARGINALLY more expensive than their competitors, but I opted to go with them because the owner George was very passionate about his work and product. He went the extra mile to ensure all queries were responded to, offered alternative options and since I had opted for triple glaze, George even produced a sample of the window pane - non of GM Windows competition offered this level of service prior to getting an order.

G M have just completed installing a number of upstairs windows for us - the second time now that we have used them.

Very efficient and pleasant process. George visited and provided an overview and written quote. The date was arranged to suit us when the window was made. On the day George and his assistant were polite pleasant and kept us informed. The job was completed quickly and has not caused redecoration problems. We are very satisfied.

Update: had another window fitted by George’s team in July 21 and same excellent service. Thanks again GM Windows. I won’t be going anywhere else for my windows and doors in future!

He kept me up to date with the progress of the production and booked in the fitting as soon as it was ready to install. George and his apprentice did a brilliant job of fitting the window. They arrived promptly on site, ensured carpets were protected and cleaned up leaving an immaculate end result. I’ve already asked George to quote for more windows! Thank you guys.
