Amazing service from start to finish! I have never purchased a car from a private dealership until I went to fish motors and i wouldn’t go back to a large, cooperate dealership again. I’ve found the perfect car for myself with fish motors and was well looked after, the communication is brilliant, especially from the assistant manager, Ryan. I felt re assured throughout my purchase, well informed and a really quick and easy process. I love the car and didn’t feel pressured into buying it or any add ons that bigger dealerships may push onto you. I felt relaxed throughout the purchase and absolutely love the car! I even received a lovely thank you box full of goodies once my purchase had finalised, an extra touch that i haven’t had with previous car purchases elsewhere. Could not recommend them enough! I recently bought a 2021 T-Cross from Fish Motors, which we chose because it was a competitive price and they have good ratings as a dealership. They lived up to the reviews - we were dealt with by Matthew, who was honest and to-the-point, no rubbish. We bought it and drove away happy.
More importantly than the initial experience, we've now had the car for over a month, and we did have a couple of small issues with it within a week of purchase. When we reached out to the team to flag them, they were responsive and covered the cost to repair. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good price and customer service.

Can't fault the service, no pressure, car ready on time, slick processing. Checked out all the reviews before choosing to use, and worked out some customer expectations are beyond reasonable, and most customers are delighted. Looking forward to driving my new (to me car). After my initial enquiry with Ryan, I could only make it on his day off Chris ensured a seamless handover.

Thank you Matthew for the great service you provided. We were initially very unsure about whether to go to petrol, hybrid or full EV . You were patient and gave us information when we asked, eventually helping us to decide what to buy. At no point did we feel coerced in any particular direction. After purchasing their was unfortunately a misshap with the MOT. It had failed shortly before I picked the car up (they obviously went to our a fresh MOT on the car). It failed on tires.
Fish Motors had actually put fresh tires on the car but made an error and simply forgot to take the car back to get the MOT sorted before I picked the car up.
After I realised this, I rung them, explained what had happened and they handled the situation very professionally. Understood they we're abit of a track for me, and offered to pay for the MOT if I took to a testing centre near me.
And so, I took the car to get a fresh MOT, sent over the invoice the FishMotors and within moments of sending the invoice they paid.
Sometimes mistakes and errors happen, and it's how they are resolved that really shows how good or bad a company is.
Fish motors we're extremely helpful and professional. Will definitely use this garage again in the future!

I collected a car from Fish Autos today having viewed the vehicle a couple of days earlier. The car was for my grandson who is learning to drive, so we visited the dealership having seen a selection of cars online suitable as a first car. We were impressed with the selection and were expertly guided by Matthew & Chris. We chose a Seat Ibiza and the deal was struck without any fuss. Upon collection the car was well prepared and all documentation was processed to our satisfaction. I really felt that this was a better than normal purchasing experience.
