Also, I know you have written to me (and I can’t find the letter!) but could you pls confirm when we will receive the deeds etc on our new property from the Land Registry?
Finally just want to say thank you again for the speedy and professional way in which you have handled the sale. I have had previous poor experiences of sloppy conveyancing and am delighted with the professional and friendly way in which you have worked with us. Without going into detail, we are moving in response to some very tragic family circumstances. Your help in effecting the move quickly has taken a huge weight off me and helped us to hold things together, so a really big thank you once again.
