The Bright and Beautiful Enfield team are simply the best! Kind, friendly, always leave my home sparkling and trustworthy - not to mention the little extra touches, which are always appreciated. They work hard and fast and always respect the property. I recommended the team to a neighbour, who is also happy with them, and also to the management of the block, so they now also clean the communal areas as well. Can highly recommend Emma and her team. After having the ladies in a year ago to do a deep clean I now have them bi-weekly. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They are thorough and do an excellent job. Thank you.

I made a initial housekeeping enquiry asked for a quote over the phone, was dealt with by Sash the Manager who was really professional and explained clearly they offer a free home visit and provide a quote subject to home inspection. I was really pleased with this type of service as i find it to be honest and transparent.

Rachel and team are incredibly thorough, they take pride in their work and ownership of the cleanliness of the house as you would your own house (rather than just working their way through a job list). My daughter likes it when they’ve been “because it’s like having my own hotel room” it’s so neat and tidy.

I have used Bright and Beautiful for my Brentwood apartment now for 4 years and couldn't be happier. Tarine always gets back to me straight away and is so accommodating, even if I need to book a clean on a weekend or a bank holiday. I can trust the ladies 100% to do a good job and I'm always sent photographs of the apartment afterwards as I don't live in the country. I also use them to wash the bed linen and towels etc so I really do rely on them and I couldn't be happier.

Bright and Beautiful Chandlers Ford are hands down the best cleaners I have ever had, they come every other week on a Tuesday and I don't know what they do but the cleaning seems to last for longer than other cleaners, they do it so thoroughly. I would have them every week if I could but this this the next best thing and certainly better than a standard one every week. I literally don't need to worry about any of the deep cleaning stuff and just keep on top of a bit of hoovering and wiping in between.
The staff are always so friendly, I am usually at work when they come but if I am there they just have a bit of a chat and crack on - it's a cleaning service like no other. I haven't needed to go back and say that something wasn't as I would like it, but if I did I am confident they would just make sure that they took more care to that the next time, its really a unique service they offer.
I have needed to cancel once because my daughter was sick and they came again a few days late - what a serivce!

After getting an initial quote last week and meeting the team, I was really looking forward to having them do an initial deep clean of my home today and they didn’t disappoint!
