I cannot find the words to describe how amazing the cleaning service is. We have just had a full clean and are waiting to start a regular clean. After using many other companies that did a basic job at best and never showed up on time of at all, I have been blown away by the standards of Bright & Beautiful. They arrived on time with all their own equipment and set to work doing an amazing job efficiently and politely. My home has never been so clean. The manager visited to check the clean and was very friendly and warm yet professional. The little touches like the card and candle were lovely. I had a little cry after they left as I could relax and spend time with my family rather than having lots of jobs to do.
They are more than just a cleaning service. Thank you for making such a difference and giving peace of mind too!

Lovely company and lovely people! They helped out with my mums home after she had open heart surgery & couldn't clean the house herself, they done an amazing job and was happy to clean anything that was requested Communication was easy, very clear and professional! Couldn't thank them enough!

An alright company to work for. Ok hours I guess? But not many. Staff to too friendly but are a lovely bunch to work with and very supportive to one another most times. Start times not always accurate and some staff not always on time for work. Also no proper supportive induction training given when you first join them...

I tried 2 other local domestic cleaning companies who were a bit cheaper, but it ended up costing me more as the standard was awful and I had to re-clean after visits. I am now back with B&B and was very quickly was reminded of how excellent the service is.
The owner, Jayne, completely understands the stresses of running a business and how important it is that my home is a welcoming space.
Mandy & the team have renewed my confidence in the value a good cleaning business can bring to a home. Their service is worth every penny.
I am instantly calmer, feeling more connected to my home and it’s a lot of mess that no longer is distracting my attention or making me feel like a failure for not getting around to it.

Bright & Beautiful Nottingham came around to complete a full house clean prior to starting a regular cleaning routine. The 3 cleaners had the house cleaned to a high standard, and a complete check prior to sign off by the team was done with work expected to be of the highest standard by the cleaners themselves picking up where they weren't happy. Excellent Service and nice to have a clean house again.

Bright & Beautiful (Newbury & Marlborough) have just delivered my ironing and it is outstandingly well done. Crisp, perfect lines! I don't generate masses of ironing but they offer an alternate weekly service that is just the ticket. Pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended.

I originally had Bright and Beautiful come to do a thorough Spring Clean a few years ago, and was so pleased with the job they did, I have them come once a month. I have always been pleased with my clean. My husband has health issues, so it's good to get the bathrooms cleaned thoroughly. The girls from Braintree are always prompt, and polite, as is the backup team.
