Gearbox on the UPVC door was playing up, called to see if they had the part in stock, but with no identifiable part number on the old unit, popped over to the shop.<br><br>Minutes after handing the old unit, a new mechanism in hand, an on my way.

If you need a lock, or have a lock-related problem, and you live anywhere near Bolton, these people probably have the solution. Even if you don't live close to Bolton, and you think it's worth travelling a bit further for good service from helpful friendly staff, then you won't be disappointed.<br>I have only a minimal knowledge of locks, but have used their services twice now... once for a fairly straightforward replacement of a broken lock, the other for a more complex situation... and both times I was given much appreciated advice and very reasonably priced parts.<br>Pick the Bolton Lock Company!

These people can work miracles... Went in with an unusual sized, 40 year old mortice lock with no keys, that I hadn't been able to get a replacement for. Four hours later they had taken it apart and created a new set of keys. Service with a smile and real technical expertise. Fantastic company to have on our doorstep. Thankyou
