‘Large Firm of the Year 2010’
Congratulations to local firm Price Bailey Chartered Accountants who have officially been crowned ‘Large Firm of the Year 2010’ at the prestigious Accountancy Age Awards 2010. This fiercely contested award follows a recession-defying year in which the firm grew 6.8% to £15.7m thanks to the outstanding effort of the team. Peter Gillman, Managing Director, enthused: “it is a great honour to win what is regarded as the premier award for our profession and it is also a tremendous compliment to our entire team”.
One of the firm’s highlights that helped scoop the accolade was an initiative to change the approach of the team towards client relationships. A few years ago the firm introduced partner contact time and fixed fee levels to ensure a better service level, with regular contact by the client and accountant at no extra cost.
