The Blues are now entering the business end of the season where every point counts. After a disappointing match against Woking yesterday, in which we narrowly missed out on being awarded a penalty and after some early decisions in the home team’s favour, we sadly lost the game by 2-0. It is essential we get behind our boys in Blue and support our local team for the run in to the end of the season, we can make a difference.

Next fixture

The penultimate home game of the season sees The Blues v St Albans City FC – Saturday 23rd April 2011, kick off 3pm. We could really do with 3 points so we all wish you well at thebestof Bishop’s Stortford, good luck.

Other news

Don’t miss out on the BSFC Presentation Evening. All fans are welcome and there will be a free buffet available. Come along on Saturday 30th April straight after the game to the Mitre Suite.

Finally Manager Mark Simpson was pleased with the confidence boosting performance the team put in to win 3-0 at Ware FC in the semi final of the Herts Charity Cup. a first half goal from Mitch Hahn was the least The Blues deserved after going close on numerous occasions and now the Blues play the final on the 19th April, against Cheshunt.
