A Chinese restaurant in Bolton saw 6,244 happy customers sharing the love to drive it to the top of the Love-O-Meter and achieve the accolade of the UK’s Most Loved business.
The Left Bank Brasserie in Ormskirk had a love score of 5,842 to reach number 3, whilst at 8 was a hair salon in Walsall with 846 testimonials.
I think we can all agree that these numbers are quite staggering; that thousands of customers would take the time to recommend their favourite business is not only quite humbling, but it also makes us ask ourselves... “Could we achieve those sort of numbers?”
So here at thebestof Bishop’s Stortford, we are setting our business members a long-term challenge. Yes, the 14 Days of Love campaign is over for another year; no, you won’t receive a certificate or accolade; but how about we continue to ask our customers to write testimonials?
