As ever, first rate. Exceptional family circumstances this year have given me little headspace to deal with my accounts. They have supported me superbly with a level of professionalism that could not be matched. They just kept me on track with efficient communication - nudging and compensating for my lack of knowledge and not being up to speed - always making me feel in control and informed.
