With less than seven weeks until the big day, Christmas is on the minds of most people; whether you're starting to panic about what to buy, about to order the turkey, planning reunions with family or working out what to wear at the office party.
Here in Billericay, we are lucky enough to have lots of festive events taking place in the local area. Here's a selection of our favourites:
Tonight (Thursday 15th November) from 7pm until 9:30pm, Hazle Ceramics has organised an Adult Pottery Session for the Christmas season. Open to adults aged 17 and above, booking is essential so don't delay! Get creative this Christmas!
On Friday 30th November from 4pm until 9pm, Barleylands is hosting a Christmas Charity Night in aid of three local charities.
As well as the chance to meet Santa, you have time to browse the shops, studio and galleries in the Craft Village, which will be stocking exclusive handcrafted Christmas gifts. Sample tasty fresh produce at the Barleylands Farmers' Market, sup a glass of mulled wine and enjoy a mince pie or hot chestnuts.
There will also be a tombola and live auction with the chance to win an exclusive family holiday, panto tickets, golf days, match day tickets and much more!
The Shepherd & Dog in Billericay has a full calendar of events in the run-up to Christmas, including a Christmas Quiz with two course Christmas meal on Wednesday 12th December for £15.50 per person, and a Christmas Party Dinner & Dance for just £18.50 per person.
