My niece Lucy went out to the Ivory Rooms in Billericay last night. She was having a fantastic night until she had to make her way home. When trying to ring several taxi firms for a lift home, each one of them told her that she couldn't get a cab unless she had a debit or credit card on her but she only had cash.
It's amazing how times have changed, cash always used to be the way to pay for things when I was young (which wasn't that long ago) but now technology seems to be the key to everything!
