While most are repeating the same cycle they do every year: join a gym due to an offer; stick to dry January, their first goal of New Year's resolutions. It then comes into the month of February when the 6 Nations is on and with that beer, and loss of routine.
This is the time to choose yourself a challenge for 2016. It can be anything, but something that is a little out of your comfort zone, something that makes you wince. Having this could keep you on the straight and narrow and be just what you need to make 2016 your best year yet.
