Easter is only days away, time to stock up on Easter Eggs and plan some fun activities for the School Holidays.
So, what is on offer in Basingstoke during the Easter holidays?
Early Easter fun is to be had at the Easter Family Farm Day at Mill Cottage Farm, on Saturday 24th March between 12noon and 3 pm. Run with the great guys from Mill farm, come feed the animals, touch them and learn about the farm animals without having to own a tractor or get your boots dirty.
As well as the animals there will also be an Easter egg hunt, plus various craft activities, tombola, raffle, cakes and refreshments. A great day out for all the family.
Easter Fun at The Poacher Inn, on Sunday 1st April at 2 pm. There will be all things FUN & KIDS, starting with Eggs Decorating and continuing at 3.30pm with Music & Games. Why not make this a special day for all the family, The Poacher is a wonderful Tradition English Inn serving top quality food and has a well-kept cellar from which to choose between fine beers and wines to complement your meal?
Saturday 7th April, the Easter Bunny Eggs Factor, 1:30 pm to 2:45 pm, at The Haymarket Theatre

What can you look forward to?
The truly eggciting Easter Bunny’s singing competition. Who will Fluffy think has got The Eggs Factor?
Marty MacDonald, Henrietta the Hen and Professor Pinky are all going to enter, but can’t choose which song to sing… can you help them practice and see if YOU have The Eggs Factor too?
Hopefully, Easter will prove to be much warmer and the sun will drive away memories of snow and chilly winds. There are many attractions opening for the Easter holidays and there is much to do with opportunities to get out for a walk in our glorious countryside and blow away the cobwebs.
