JACK AND THE BEANSTALK AT THE TOWNGATE THEATRE, BASILDON
Showing until 3 January 2010
WOW, what can I say…
What a fantastic performance from the whole cast of Jack and the Beanstalk. It was truly amazing and I thought I was sitting in the West End instead I was sitting in the third row of the Towngate Theatre. Each member’s singing and acting was tremendous. The participation for the children was excellent too, my two (aged 3 and 6) thought it was fabulous and they have been fortunate enough to see it twice!
The cast seemed to have utter respect for each other and it came across in their performance. When we left it made me feel I wish I had gone into theatre many years ago but unfortunately I have missed the boat on that one – and I can’t sing nor dance!

Next year’s panto is going to be Aladdin which if it’s anything like this year’s Jack and the Beanstalk I am going to book our tickets early to avoid any disappointment.
If you went to the Jack and the Beanstalk, what did you think of it. I would love to know your views.
Bye for now
