Clean park. Not much facilities other than a small child play area and a cafe but great for events and outdoor gatherings

Nice to visit after shopping in Ulverston. Lovely views from Hoad monument and a nice cafe with the most amazing millionaires shortbread ever tasted. Only disappointment was no suitable play equipment for small children. A couple of baby swings would be good.

Would have been even better if there had been toilets open....and if I'd realised the cafe and walled garden were closed on a Sunday. Lovely local resource though x
