Your relationship management skills in my view are outstanding and i wanted to let you know this. More often than not this skill is over Looked in your industry for hard sales, when in fact this does not often work.

100% Excellent! I can't recommend highly enough. Not only did they surpass expectations in getting people through the door and keeping us updated at all times, they truly came into their own after we accepted an offer. I've bought and sold about a dozen properties over the years and normally once the offer's in it's a case of you having to chase the agent to get updates. Not so here. Chris Titchener their Sales Progression guy was Absolutely Brilliant and couldn't have worked harder and kept us in the loop constantly. Definitely Recommend.

The Personal Agent found me a very suitable tenant in record time, 3 days in fact! I found that Cheryl in Banstead and Ria, Kerrie and the team in Epsom to be very proactive and professional in the marketing and promotion of my property , not only did they secure me a tenant quickly but more importantly the right tenant who met my criteria. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process and I felt confident at all times they were the right agents for the job. Both your efforts to push things over the line were very much received and you made the difference.
We have settled well into Seaforth and hope to spend many happy years there. When the time is right to move on again, I shall give you a call!! Hopefully, you will want to deal with us again…..
