The personal agent were absolutely fantastic in helping me find my 1-bed apartment and getting me moved in asap. I am more than happy with the services and assistance received from all the team in both the build-up to moving in and also after settling in. They are always at hand with any queries that need solving- for a professional and efficient service, I would recommend the personal agent to all.

The team at both Stoneliegh and Ewell branch at the Personal Agent have been fantastic. After seeing a property come up online we contacted The Personal agent and were booked in for a viewing the very same day. Not only did they book us in to view the property we requested to see, but our estate agent Paul, took the initiative to show us some other similar properties in the area. This was extremely helpful, as viewing others just solidified our decision to put an offer on the house we are now calling our “forever home”!
As soon as we had made our offer, Paul didn’t delay contacting the vendor and from that moment on, he was contacting us at every stage of the offer process through to the offer being accepted and finally handing over the keys on completion. Throughout the whole selling stage, we had the lovely Cat who was just great. She was our “go to” person for when we felt that things were slowing down in regards to exchanging and completing. Cat would take my calls and deal with any of my worries and concerns and would send me updates regarding any news she had heard in relation to the sale process. Both Paul and Cat were the personal touch that made what could be an extremely frustrating and stressful process, informative and relatively stress free. Thank you Personal Agent for helping us buy our new home. You won’t be seeing us for a while but if we ever do decide to sell... we shall be in touch!
