Absolutely wonderful service! We had a team of three lovely ladies come to complete a deep clean of our home which was long overdue. The staff at Bright and Beautiful are lovely. Easy to communicate with and are always happy with a positive attitude towards their work. Usually arrive with two or three staff members to get the work done quickly yet keeping high standards but even if they are on their own, like Rebecca was today, they still keep their standards high, working efficiently.

My flat hadn't been cleaned properly for over two years and, on the recommendation of a neighbour, I contacted Bright and Beautiful Portsmouth. Jayne Tonkin came to inspect the flat and, a few days later, Mandy's team of four spent nearly 4 hours giving the flat a "deep clean". I was amazed at the transformation and the thoroughness of the work. I had told Jayne I intended to install a new bathroom but she said I might not need to once her team had finished with it and she was right!

I had a cleaner , who was fine. However, my requirements had changed. Through recommendations I decided to try Bright and Beautiful Carlisle. I had a deep clean, then split the clean into 2 weekly upstairs and downstairs. Whilst I thought it was expensive initially. I negotiated from the original price to suit my needs better. Jackie was lovely, understood my needs and adjusted everything without any fuss. The B&B team are lovely, always helpful and friendly but not intrusive at all. My house is now always spotless, with the little touches. I have now added my bed change and laundry every visit, which is absolutely fantastic, taking the pressure off my family. As a senior citizen this has completely transformed my. No more worrying.

Very professional cleaning company. After having a bad experience with another company I went to Bright and Beautiful Leicester hoping for a more professional experience and I certainly got it. Although the cost was higher than I paid before the quality of the work was so much better and less hassle. The two ladies that came were really nice and extremely thorough in their work. Dealing with the manager by email is very easy and I felt that the two ladies that came were proper professionals. This put my mind at rest as it can be quite stressful letting someone into your home. I'm glad I found bright and Beautiful and I would definitely recommend them.

The Blue team, Sarah, Finley and Sophie were amazing. Warm but very professional. Nothing is too much trouble. I love the little touches and professional approach, wrapped company car, pink uniforms ( for Mike too) labelled stickers on the loo rolls, spot checks from the manager.
I usually am around, and the team are so respectful and considerate when I am in the office, can’t speak too highly.

My cleaners have been coming to me for a year now. They are very reliable and willing to adjust days if you are having visitors, for instance. All the cleaners have been delightful, thorough and friendly and happy to do the little extras here and there. It's not cheap but we'll worth it. I would recommend.
