Through recommendation,Bright and Beautiful Carlisle came to do the deep clean was done in October, great job, no stone unturned, spotless. Since then a fortnightly clean, bed change too , fantastic.
Having experienced other sole traders and companies, B& B are just the best.
The Blue team, Sarah, Finley and Sophie were amazing. Warm but very professional. Nothing is too much trouble. I love the little touches and professional approach, wrapped company car, pink uniforms ( for Mike too) labelled stickers on the loo rolls, spot checks from the manager.
I usually am around, and the team are so respectful and considerate when I am in the office, can’t speak too highly.
Thank you so much for making such a difference to our home.

They are easy to contact, flexible if dates need changing and a pleasure to deal with.
The people who come to clean are polite, friendly and professional.

The last team to visit was Mandy’s team, 4 people, they did a really good job. The team prior to that also did an excellent job.

My cleaners have been coming to me for a year now. They are very reliable and willing to adjust days if you are having visitors, for instance. All the cleaners have been delightful, thorough and friendly and happy to do the little extras here and there. It's not cheap but we'll worth it. I would recommend.

I cannot find the words to describe how amazing the cleaning service is. We have just had a full clean and are waiting to start a regular clean. After using many other companies that did a basic job at best and never showed up on time of at all, I have been blown away by the standards of Bright & Beautiful. They arrived on time with all their own equipment and set to work doing an amazing job efficiently and politely. My home has never been so clean. The manager visited to check the clean and was very friendly and warm yet professional. The little touches like the card and candle were lovely. I had a little cry after they left as I could relax and spend time with my family rather than having lots of jobs to do.
They are more than just a cleaning service. Thank you for making such a difference and giving peace of mind too!

An alright company to work for. Ok hours I guess? But not many. Staff to too friendly but are a lovely bunch to work with and very supportive to one another most times. Start times not always accurate and some staff not always on time for work. Also no proper supportive induction training given when you first join them...

Bright & Beautiful Nottingham came around to complete a full house clean prior to starting a regular cleaning routine. The 3 cleaners had the house cleaned to a high standard, and a complete check prior to sign off by the team was done with work expected to be of the highest standard by the cleaners themselves picking up where they weren't happy. Bright & Beautiful (Newbury & Marlborough) have just delivered my ironing and it is outstandingly well done. Crisp, perfect lines! I don't generate masses of ironing but they offer an alternate weekly service that is just the ticket. Pleasant and efficient. Highly recommended.
