I live in Manchester and am very satisfied with Bright & Beautiful. They are professional, work quickly and are always friendly and a pleasure to have in the house. The times that I have asked them to check again on something, they have done so immediately and with a smile. They have also gone above and beyond to help me when I have had a particular problem with my floor.

After having one deep clean service I can certainly say that their attention to detail was excellent and they were able to tailor their services to meet my specific needs. We have been using Bright & Beautiful for many years now and would recommend them, always!!! The communication between the office and us is good. I always know what time the team will be with us. they always arrive when they should. We have the same personel so its helful to our dog too.They know exactly what they are doing. Very helpful if we need more work in a particular area. They always leave all areas clean and tidy. With bathrooms looking bright and fresh. Respectful of our property. Polite and cheerful. Its always a positive experience.
