We would just like to say what an excellent service we have received from your firm with our house move. We would particularly like to sing the praises of Cadhla and her assistant Harpreet, who were so helpful, friendly, understanding and professional at all times. The speed at which everything was dealt with at our end was a refreshing surprise. So often our experience these days is that we generally have to wait such unnecessarily long times for things to happen with little to no communication during that time. We experienced frustrating delays from an appalling solicitor at the bottom of the chain, however both Esther and Harpreet always chased the progress and passed on our concerns, remaining professional and courteous, despite our frustrations. Keith and the team came initially to investigate foul smelling drains which we’d been experiencing. They were able to quickly identify the cause and provided a quote for completing this work. Once the work started they found more issues (not unexpected as the work is underground) but they were very open and honest with what was required and the cost of doing so. Very tidy work - patio looks untouched! 100% would recommend. Thanks to all the team!
