Heather & her team are amazing. Our house purchase was anything but smooth and it took over 16 months to complete. AMG handled all the obstacles and set backs with grace, patience (in abundance), professionalism and humour.
Nothing was too much trouble – changes (some last minute), were dealt with quickly and diligently. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
From our original enquiry, when our own bank has refused us a mortgage, they came up with an immediate offer with a much better rate if interest and better terms. Speak to Heather – she is super woman and I hope she doesn’t mind me writing this, but this was all happening when she was facing her own personal issues – and she carried on as a true professional. Both Heather and Nicki were very helpful during the process for getting a mortgage for my new property, especially when the property and price changed and then a delay meant that the product expired. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made the process completely painless and easy for me.

Always a treat visiting Lichfield Garrick. We particularly enjoy shows performed in the Studio where you can get up close and meet the cast. My Daughter is 5 and attends a theatre school so she loves to see the stage close up. The facilities are great and we pop in for a cuppa & cake when visiting from Sutton Coldfield. We are going to try to see more shows this year during school holidays and weekends and look forward to our next visit soon.

Contacted Franklins for a quote, which they provided very promptly and were very competitive in comparison to others. The removal date and times were also tight, but they were able to facilitate this with ease, including assistance with packing. The guys that packed on the day were fantastic.
Arrived in France and now we have unpacked I can confirm that there was not one breakage, the packing was carried out professionally, and carefully.
The vehicle they used for the removal was perfect for our location, as they were able to run a ramp from the vehicle directly into the hallway of the property which meant our furniture etc came straight into the house. The guys unloading did a fab job, placing all boxes where required.
Would strongly recommend them to anyone, and would definitely contact them again (not that I'm planning on moving any time soon!)

The service and attention to detail that we received from the AMG team was fantastic. As business owners our mortgage requirements were unique. And the advice from Heather was superb and we sold our house, sorted our mortgage and completed within 12 weeks. We highly recommend the AMG team. Running a business and having a young family takes a lot of energy, but thankfully Heather and the team took the stress of the mortgage away from us, so that we could focus on the business and the house move.
