We would like to say a big thank you to Heather for all her support during our house purchase. We had a bit of a nightmare buying our first house but having Heather explain our options to us and arrange our mortgage and personal policies was such a massive help and gave us one less thing we didn't need to worry about. We've been to see four productions this year so far and all have been wonderful but last week's production of 'Phantom of the Opera' by Lichfield Youth Theatre was superb. A truly memorable show. We are so lucky to have the Garrick on our doorstep.

Having seen the Christmas panto and two other shows since then, we really must keep this gem in Lichfield. The theatre is struggling for funds but we would happily pay an increase of 50p to £1 in tickets if it went to support he theatre.

AMG did a buy to let re-mortgage for us in September 2013. Heather Dunn was our point of contact and we were totally satisfied with her because she took all the hassle out of the procedure at a stressful time. She came to our house in the evening when it suited us. She knew the market and was totally professional. All correspondence was clear either by phone, e-mail or post. When we come to re-mortgage again in two years we will definitely be using her. I would recommend Heather to anyone wanting a Mortgage
