We would like to sincerely thank the whole Franklins team for our recent move from South West France to Worcester UK.<br>We can quite honestly say that the whole experience from the initial enquiry to the delivery of our belongings was absolutely and totally faultless.<br>Simon and Michael are exceptional. They work perfectly together as a team. They are calm, dedicated professionals, well mannered, kind, gentle and incredibly efficient. The speed at which they work is very impressive but at no stage did we feel rushed or stressed by their manner. They are clearly very well trained and experts in their field which allowed us to feel totally relaxed throughout the loading and unloading process. They both speak highly of their employers and are very passionate about being part of the Franklins team. They shared great pride in having followed their father into working for Franklins.<br>Moving for anyone is difficult. Probably even more worrying when moving country; being forced to put your trust in strangers taking everything you treasure and own across different country's. Franklins exceeded all expectations in every way, shape and form. We cannot recommended them highly enough. A family business extremely well managed and led by passionate people!<br>Well done! Franklins packed and moved us out, stored our belongings for five months and moved us back into our property.<br>Their service, their expertise and care taken was of the highest standard. They put themselves out to help us with a particular item as well as disassembled some furniture items.<br>We had used them previously to empty a house and store goods and the service was also top quality. So this is a consistent standard.<br>We cannot recommend them highly enough.<br>Claire and Geoff Bolton.

We can't thank them enough, they delivered as promised! We moved from storgage unit in Staffordshire to France, everything was collected and delivered on time. They made everything so easy and nothing was too much trouble for the guys that unloaded for us in France. We would highly recommend.

I had booked to see Crimes against Christmas on 30th December and as I am disabled I was concerned about seating and how I would get on so I contacted the booking office at Lichfield and spoke to Jayne who put me at ease straight away and dealt with my concerns. I also booked a table in the Green Room. When my wife and I attended in the evening we met Jayne who told us that everything was arranged and our seats were on the ground floor by the stage. We had an excellent evening in the Green Room and at the show. All the staff were brilliant and we had a great night. We will definitely return.

Took two of our grandchildren to see this panto yesterday [New Year's Eve] and it was amazing. Very professional, theatre just the right size for all, superb value for money. Will definitely be going again. Thanks to all concerned.

Went to see the Sleeping Beauty Panto on New Years Eve. Absolutely fantastic. Beautifully set, lovely costumes, brilliant dragon and fantastic actors. Lots of audience participation, belly laughs and wonderfully written. Would definitely recommend, it was worth every penny xx

We came to see lee hurst on friday. We went to the upstairs bar to find a young gent behind the bar who was happy cheerful and chatty.very welcoming me and my wife were surprised and ebjoyed his company for nearly half a hour. Thanks and well done didnt catch yhe guys name but if the manager reads this post be sure to encourage this guy and give him a pat on the back. If you are a guesy here and you come across the welcome and pleasing manner of the staff you wont be in for a bad night well.done all and thanks for a.great night

Fabulous Performance enjoyed by 17 family members age 3yrs upto 82yrs I have already booked for 2017 the staff are always friendly we attend this theatre at least 5 times a year 😀

Although this place doesn't get the absolute top artists or shows they manage to put on a great and varied programme. The seats are comfy and it's q intimate so you always get a good view. The little studio is excellent too. Good bars and staff, easy local parking. Excellent local amateur productions. Can recommend!
