I have been a member of The team Workout for approx.one & half years, I have been three times a week since I started & in all that time we have never had a training session the same. Since I started I have lost Approx 2 stone and kept it off! through being advised by professional trainers about my eating habits and through training using mainly my own body weight not just repetitive lifting using boring weights, I have also done a few half marathons, climbed Snowdon done a triathlon where one of the trainers and other members of team work out came and supported me in their own personnel time.
