I recently purchased a house through The Personal Agent Banstead and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My main contact was John Ralph who was excellent (+ Tom Iddenden) who kept me informed throughout the whole process. There were a few bumps in the buying process along the way (as always) but they were dealt with in a professional manner by John & team. If/when I come to sell I will be using the Personal Agent in future.

Recently dealt with The Personal Agent, Banstead, as I have been looking for a property in the area. The staff there really looked after me and showed me loads of properties. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying through them as I found something else through another agent, however, if I come to sell in the future, must say.. it's The Personal Agent in Banstead I'll go back to. Thanks to everyone there!

Should you prefer the hard sell with one of the more corporate type of approach, with pressure all the way then go ahead. The choice is yours.
However, you could select an alternative style, as we did with The Alternative Agent, who will treat you with courtesy and respect, and will support you if there are stumbles along the way.
They may even put the kettle on if you need to talk.
Yet at the same time, they will beaver away to secure a buyer in the quickest time possible.
In our case within days.

We have just returned from a one night stay at Paradise Wildlife Park. On our first day we were greeted with hot drinks and biscuits and shown to our apartment straight away. We stayed in the Zebra room and it was fantastic! No expense has been spared in kitting out these apartments with huge TV's in each room and really good quality interior throughout! For the rest of the day we explored the zoo and although the weather was rubbish we were able to see nearly all of the animals. I'd like to say that I completely disagree with a recent review on here, the animals are well looked after and clearly loved by the keepers, we actually saw the wolves snuggling up to their keepers and licking their faces. No part of our experience made us feel that the animals were uncared for and frankly I think it's quite slanderous to write such things!
We had a lovely relaxing evening in the apartment, there is a very useful folder with all info on local restaurants and takeaways and we were free to come and go as we pleased. You are not able to access the main park once it closes, but you can visit the Woodland walk and torches are provided if you wish to do so after dark!
Our second day was equally as fantastic, we woke early to the sounds of the gibbons playing and some very loud roaring from the lions which was just magical!
We opted to have breakfast with the tigers and it was really great. We took a slow walk to treetops café on the way and we were able to see a lot of the animals before the park opened which was really special. During breakfast the tigers were feeling a little lazy inside, but they did come out a few times and munched on their bones whilst we ate our continental breakfast. If you get a chance to stay here I would thoroughly recommend this experience as you can also see the red Pandas from your table which is fab.
We were then collected by Luke (I think!) who took us on a VIP tour of the park. He was really informative and gave us a great insight into how endangered some of the breeds are there and all the great work they are constantly doing to try and protect some of these rare and beautiful animals. Some of the animals there are rescued from circuses and a great deal of the reptiles used to be pets (another reason why negative reviews have annoyed me!). At the end of the tour we got to handle a bearded dragon and a small(ish) snake and it was really wonderful.
After our tour we were then free to wander the park again all day and we went to a few of the talks.
All in all a wonderful park and a fantastic experience topped off by some really lovely staff. The price of a day visit is also extremely reasonable in comparison to many other zoos plus you get the bonus of some play ground areas for kids. We will definitely be returning and I'd really recommend you give this park a visit!

Partner took me here for Valentine's Day. It's an amazing place with loads of different animals. Lots to do for the kids. From crazy golf to feeding the animals, all sorts! Seriously cannot praise them enough. Didn't much like getting urinated on by Motu the lion! But that wasn't the parks fault lol just don't stand behind the lions!

I enjoyed viewing the animals, a large collection might I say for small grounds (take that as you will).

I thought it was maintained to a standard which was not at its highest however wasn't disgusting.

Staff in the cafe were friendly but very us knowledgable about the zoo, for they 'just worked in the cafe.'

I am a training veterinary nurse looking to expend my career into exotic rehabilitation- however I could not find a keeper anywhere to question about this! Besides the man sweeping the leaves off the ground in the freezing cold looking like he just wanted to climb back into bed!
- poor soul.

I would recommend it as a day out- but I would question the five needs of the animal welfare act 2006.
