Wonderful food, great service and a dessert trolley to die for! The staff went the extra for us and cooked our mussels "fisherman style" as this wasn't in the menu. Though they did say they will be putting on from now on as the chef was so impressed with the dish.

Theo came to our party on Sunday to do close up magic. He was fantastic. The age range was from 3-87. Everyone enjoyed his magic tricks and were amazed how he did them. Would definitely recommend Theo for your parties. !

Dinosaurs park is good and enjoyed well, most of the animals cages are empty and information available online, no price discounts while they are repairing the cages or moving animals or when cages are empty, we are paying for to see all the live animals not the photos or empty cages

I would highly recommend The Personal Agent and in particular Tom from the Banstead Branch. From our first meeting with Tom, he demonstrated superb Customer Service with a great, positive and friendly attitude. The communication was first class with quick feedback. I also liked the use of WhatsApp messaging and updates via the online property file portal. Thanks Tom.

Positives - Dinosaur experience is great, animals are amazing, lots of play areas. Negative - toilets need a revamp very old as do baby change facilities. Food overpriced and 1.80 for can of drink. Overall - great day out but some areas like toilets and restaurant needs a relook and revamp.
