I cannot praise this company enough.
I obtained a quote and wanted to specify some items of Jewellery and I was struggling on how to do this so I phoned them up and spoke to a gentleman called Mohamed. He was knowledgeable and advised me on how to proceed. He run through the details and gave me a quote over the phone which I proceeded to purchase with him. I have also spoken to Stuart (the customer Service manger) who helped me receive my documents and posted out a policy booklet as requested.
Such great people and I feel very safe knowing my insurance is with them.

I was reasonably happy with the renewal quote which had not been super inflated like many competitors. I could have saved a bit money but not really enough to bother. The front page of the renewal had a list of cover options all ticked suggesting that as being the level of cover provided when in fact this was not the case. Further examination of the correspondence showed that several of these options ticked were not in fact included e.g.( accidental damage) . That is quite a misleading feature if renewal quickly assessed from front page summary. Payment was automatically taken from previous card details held which is not a suitable method for me. Thankfully i did find the card details previously used so I will be able to avoid interest/late payment fee on that account. I move my finances a lot so do not like this practice.

Really good value, easy to get through and speak to someone if needs be without being on hold for hours. Nice and secure, rung me to go through some security questions before issueing the documents to make sure it was me (bought my policy online). Can't fault them to be honest!

Spoke to a man called Amit, extremely helpful and sorted out everything I needed to get my policy, even helped me to get a partial refund after I entered information incorrectly when I first bought the policy. Definitely recommend, excellent customer service.
