I had the pleasure of being in a chain with him and his support and communication really did help keep this chain together when we were faced with majorly tight deadlines and multiple mortgages in place. I am astounded this place has won best in Eastbourne. Spent time there over a weekend in October 2022 and ended up getting refunded. Disgusting room, ran out of a main dish half an hour into evening service. Would NEVER go there again

Great day out, suitable for all ages. Lots to see and do and themed for Christmas currently. Some enclosures seemed a little on the small side compared to some I've seen at other zoos but all animals looked very well looked after. Staff were very informative and approachable. The restaurant had some vegan options but none of the burgers on there were vegan, just vegetarian. Would be good to see a vegan burger on the menu but nice to see they had some options available anyway.
