Really good, great for little kids junior school age and even from 18 months for some things too. Lots of facilities, lots to see and do. If I was to be super picky I would say some of the younger staff could do with some customer service training on how to be more approachable and actually be a bit more friendly but the park was great for little legs and kept them entertained the whole day. You can see there is a lot of development and improvement so the park will continue to get better facilities.

There is lots of different things to see and do but The parks could do with updating. The last time we visited was for the dinos after dark event, the soft play and animal zoos were closed off so i cant comment on these areas. I was expecting more for the money paid for the event, although kids enjoyed themselves.

Had a lovely day here as usual. This zoo is best out of all the zoo's we have visited. You have a really great view of all the animals.
But there is an issue with hot drinks. If you can't have dairy or caffeine there is nothing for you. It says herbal tea on the menu but everywhere I tried to get one told me there was none. I had to do the whole day without a hot drink in this chilly weather.

This is the second time we have used Personal Agent to sell a property and on both occasions they have delivered a highly professional service from start to finish and we would have no hesitation in commending them to our family & friends.
The initial valuation by Richard Digance was well informed and ensured the property was appropriately priced and we were kept fully updated by the Sales Team (and through their online dashboard) on the viewings booked.
There were 5 properties in the chain and we could not speak more highly of the service we received from Sarah Goddard, Sales Progressor, to liaise with the rest of the estate agents and the solicitors in the chain to move the sale forward to a conclusion. There were a number of complications and communication issues further down the chain and Sarah took steps to ensure everyone clearly understood what the issues were and the need for pace to meet a mortgage drawdown deadline of one party lower down the chain. In our opinion Sarah’s combination of experience, tenacity and establishing and maintaining clear lines of communication was a critical enabler to the sale finally getting over the line.
