I recently purchased a house through The Personal Agent Banstead and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My main contact was John Ralph who was excellent (+ Tom Iddenden) who kept me informed throughout the whole process. There were a few bumps in the buying process along the way (as always) but they were dealt with in a professional manner by John & team. If/when I come to sell I will be using the Personal Agent in future.

Recently dealt with The Personal Agent, Banstead, as I have been looking for a property in the area. The staff there really looked after me and showed me loads of properties. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying through them as I found something else through another agent, however, if I come to sell in the future, must say.. it's The Personal Agent in Banstead I'll go back to.
