Sarah Goddard, the Sales Progressor at The Personal Agent has been a wonderful guide for us through a protracted sales and buying process. She is a brilliant professional, being able to offer constructive, proactive advice and maintaining a reassuring calmness. She went above and beyond at every stage. We can't thank Sarah enough for being on our 'team'. If we do sell our house in the future we will certainly use The Personal Agent again as the sales process undertaken by John and Ray was great and backed up by an absolute star in Sarah. Had a lovely day here, was very clean, they have just been doing up the Zoo and looks really nice.
Took two of us around 2 hours 30 to walk around everything and watch abit of the bird show (due to the rain they couldn't show all the birds as some do not fly in the rain like owls)
Was really short walks between all of the areas.
Was a great day out.

Gill's are an excellent company to work with.
They came to look at my bathroom to decide what needed to be done and explained to me what the procedure would involve.
Their plumber ripped out the whole bathroom in one day and he and the bathroom fitter worked very well together to install the new bathroom.
They always arrived promptly and worked hard all day to complete the installation in 4 weeks.
The quality of the furniture was high and I spent an afternoon in their showroom choosing the pieces they recommended.
All the group who run the business were friendly and helpful.
The fitter and plumber worked quietly with noise level at a minimum. Every day they cleared the equipment away neatly and carefully.
The organisation of the installation was very smooth as the deliveries dovetailed correctly.
I was delighted with the final result and will recommend the firm to my friends

Samantha voller went beyond the lime with keeping me updated and calming my nerves she was absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend her enough.
