The reason the Personal Agent in Stoneleigh stands head and shoulders above the rest of their peers is due to the strength of their team members (in my case; Dan, Paul and John). The communication between staff was great. When one member was busy the other was always able to field my questions as they had knowledge about each others work/properties. The ongoing support/communication was very much appreciated. I would happily recommend them.

We recently used The Personal Agent in Stoneleigh to sell our property and despite the demand the industry was seeing, I felt we always got a very personal service from the team (the business name is well justified!). Moving house can be stressful, so it was nice to have such a friendly team on hand in Paul, John, Dan and Luca! We got a good offer on our house only 4 weeks after going live and although we decided against moving in the end, the agents always had our best interests at heart, whilst responding well (and at speed) to our changing situation. From receiving a valuation to accepting an offer, the whole process was highly professional and seamless and when we decide to move again, I won't hesitate to use The Personal Agent.

Me and my friends went at the perfect time during the Easter holidays. All animals were there and we managed to spend the whole day there. Lovely zoo and lots of experiences available to do for example we fed some farm animals, which only cost us a pound to do! Definitely recommend to families as its a great place to make memories.

Went after getting Amazon local voucher excellent for kids it's part zoo part kids paradise. For serious animal fans without kids elsewhere might be better

Lovely zoo outside the hustle and bustle of London.
Lots of exotic animals like white lions, tigers, etc. All the enclosures are on the small side and the penguin section made me sad, bit plenty to see for kids and adults alike. Petting zoo with goats, sheep, pigs for the kids to feed.
Plenty of picnic tables for the savvy visitor: we tried the dining option. Don't be fooled by the "premium burger" - there is nothing premium about it, not even sauce! We'll return but will bring our own food and drinks next time...
Plus: Plentiful free parking and surprisingly decent free WiFi!
Minus: paying a couple of quid for the worst mini train round ever: plastic dinosaurs and a recycled Kung Fu Panda sculpture? Save your money...

A very nice zoo. It's not massive but there's a lot to see and there are regular demos/shows on. The children's play area is very well equipped and our toddler enjoyed playing there.
