We went to see the Motown tribute act last and it was the worst act I have ever seen here. They turned up late, couldn't get their words right and their voices were just dreadful. They turned up 20 minutes but didn't stay any later to make it up!! Would not recommend anyone to go to see them

I am never one to really write reviews, however, I cannot not express my gratitude towards Jack enough. This is just a small token to express my thanks.
I have had regular calls with Jack regarding insurance. He has been ever so patient, understanding and always trying to offer best possible tailored service.
We have been going back and forth regarding the insurance many times, one minute I am almost ready to take out insurance and then the next minute not due to multiple unforeseen circumstances - this has been going on for a while but he has been so polite and patient throughout. He's made the experience extremely positive, his customer service is outstanding, the way he explains things over again and again and he makes sure I understand everything, nothing felt rushed, he made the whole journey comfortable and I never felt pressured. He never pushed a sale either. He never got impatient, he didn't get fed up of me going back and forth, every time we called he was always just so friendly and it didn't feel like I was speaking to a sales person, it felt more like I was speaking to a friend who is giving me advice about insurance. It is very rare these days to come across someone like this, especially in sales, where everyone is usually pushing hard for sales. I commend Jack and he is an asset to the company, I would honestly recommend that the manager puts him in a more senior position or a pay rise because his level of customer service and the delivery of the service is outstanding. So thank you very much Jack!
