I appreciated a personalised email the morning after our viewing to ask us if we wished to make an offer and if we had any questions, this is so refreshing as agents I have dealt with before don't even bother to reply to offer emails and leave you chasing things up all constantly. When we eventually decide to put our new house on the market, it will be through the personal agent!

From our first conversation with Tom at Personal Agent he was friendly, and had a positive attitude. The viewing of the property went really well; Tom was really informative and supported us throughout managing our offer.
Throughout Tom has been incredibly reliable, when he says he will do something, he does. His communication has been impressive both on the telephone and email updates as the purchase is progressing. He listened to our situation and did his best for us.
