Cheapest quote two years running and for the first time the renewal was cheaper (by £40) than any of the online quotes. So big up for not penalising existing customers like most other brokers seem to do. Renewal was dealt with by Mohamed who was super friendly and efficient. (And UK call centre which is always a bonus)

Smaller compared to Whipsnade and other zoo we saw, but more facilities for kids with a stage for baby/kids dance, a splash park and a big playground. Lots of places to eat. We managed to see all animals, compared to the other zoos where usually they are inside their caves. Definitely worth to check out.
downside:
- the ice-cream van: the service was very slow even with just a couple of people waiting to be served.
- the noodle shop: chicken nuggets and fries were good, noodles were AWFUL, WORST NOODLES I HAD IN MY LIFE. 4 of us got noodles and we all left them
