Wonderful little gem tucked away up a hill in Ware. Friendly and knowledgeable volunteers on hand to help and share their expertise. Only open in summer and on weekends, but definitely worth the visit. Very cheap entry fee :))

This was our first time at El Rincon and it definitely won’t be our last! The restaurant had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and Carlos was very welcoming and made us feel very at home. I have been learning Spanish for nearly a year and decided that it was time to practice outside of the classroom. I was nervous to speak for the first time, and knowing that I was making silly mistakes, but Carlos and the young waiter were great, thank you so much guys 😊
The food was incredible. Everything we had was delicately seasoned and so beautifully cooked. We had tapas to start, I had Gambon en Salsa Blanca and my husband had Higado Encebollado which is liver in a lovely rich wine sauce, I didn’t know that liver could be that tender and could taste that good! We had the Rape Langosta from the specials menu on Carlos’ recommendation and it was beautiful. We are looking forward to returning soon so we can try more of the delicious dishes!
