Had a thoroughly enjoyable few hours here during May half term. Yes it’s small, but the enclosures look well kept with huge glass windows to view the animals and the layout is an easy walk. Restaurant, shop, toilet facilities and car parking were all very good too. However the real highlight was the “world of dinosaurs” walkthrough which was full of huge noisy animatronic dinosaurs. If you have a young child mad on dinosaurs, this would be something of a dream come true! My only negative point would be having to pay an additional £2 each to ride the little train. Seems a bit mean not to include this in the price of the ticket, especially as it cost me around £50 just to get in.

After purchasing an engagement ring from Chapter 79, there was nowhere else my now wife and I would have chosen for our wedding rings.
Given that our rings would be the main keepsake from our wedding, we knew that we wanted to take our time in choosing the right ones; we liked that the rings at Chapter 79 were more bespoke than the mass-produced rings at high street jewellers. Better yet, they weren’t extortionate prices either!
Jackie and Andy, and everyone else we encountered at Chapter 79, were polite, attentive and knowledgeable. We are so happy with the choices we made and my wife still finds herself looking admiringly at her ring finger even 9 months down the line!
Thank you again to the whole team at Chapter 79.

Great day out but incredibly expensive for everything!!! Cans of water ensure that you have to keep buying rather than being able to hold on to one if you like me are stupid enough not to bring any and card only policy apparently left over from Covid meant that my daughter left disappointed as she was unable to spend her birthday money. Great animals and really good day but they really need to think more about their customers rather than their own convenience.
