We visited the zoo today and despite the terrible weather conditions we still had a really good day. The staff were cheerful and helpful even in the wind and rain and we enjoyed a good lunch in the cafe. The children really enjoyed their Santa visits, dinosaur train ride and time in the soft play. We saw a good selection of well looked after animals, though some were keeping inside in the warm, but the zoo were keen to offer us a future free revisit to make up for this. Thank you everyone.

It’s that time in the year you need to renew your car insurance policy, we all Faff about looking for a good deal to reassure ourselves it’s a win win situation,
But it’s all about the person who deals with you on the other end of the phone, their limitations are restricted on what they can do, their helpful attitude dictates the conclusion of the transaction, Kirsty the young lady who dealt with my renewal, was exceptionally helpful and as such, I would have no hesitation passing the company name on to all, this attitude should not be taken for granted, and she’s a credit to the company, ( PS, It’s nice to be important,). ( but more important to be nice) well done KIRSTY. ,( say it as it is,) Colin Harvey

We have just completed and moved down to Cornwall after a very stressful couple of months. The Personal Agent team at Banstead were able to sell our house the week after we put it up for sale with just 3 veiwings.They were absolutely brilliant in the way they were able to liase between all parties to ensure clear communication and kept us updated on the sale etc...As the sale was about to complete there where a few hiccups (solicitors not estate agent related) and Simon Tongue was actually more helpful and informative than solicitors acting on our behalf. We won't be moving again hopefully but if we did we would hope the estate agents would be as fantastic as The Personal Agent team.

Mr. Forde did an excellent job repairing our bathroom ceiling and removing mould from the window frames caused by a leak upstairs. He was professional, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy. The ceiling looks as good as new, and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
