We had carpet fitted in 2 bedrooms & lounge, our fitter was Arden and he did a fantastic job and was a tidy worker.
Unfortunately my wife & myself damaged a door bar whilst moving furniture back. I contacted Rachel & explained the problem she offered to replace the bar FOC (despite me offering to pay as my mistake) & Rachel arranged for Arden to call back & replace the door bar. This is excellent customer service & I would highly recommend Rachel & her team at Benems
