Having used the personal agent several times (to buy and sell my previous property and to view properties) I have always had a really positive and enjoyable experience.

Today I had a viewing with Sammy Voller and she was very nice and professional and spoke to the seller straight away, discussed my queries and promptly called me back.

I would recommend the personal agent to anyone looking to buy in the area and will certainly try my hardest to use them again to purchase my next property.

We visited the zoo today and despite the terrible weather conditions we still had a really good day. The staff were cheerful and helpful even in the wind and rain and we enjoyed a good lunch in the cafe. The children really enjoyed their Santa visits, dinosaur train ride and time in the soft play. We saw a good selection of well looked after animals, though some were keeping inside in the warm, but the zoo were keen to offer us a future free revisit to make up for this. Thank you everyone.

We have just completed and moved down to Cornwall after a very stressful couple of months. The Personal Agent team at Banstead were able to sell our house the week after we put it up for sale with just 3 veiwings.They were absolutely brilliant in the way they were able to liase between all parties to ensure clear communication and kept us updated on the sale etc...As the sale was about to complete there where a few hiccups (solicitors not estate agent related) and Simon Tongue was actually more helpful and informative than solicitors acting on our behalf. We won't be moving again hopefully but if we did we would hope the estate agents would be as fantastic as The Personal Agent team.

Mr. Forde did an excellent job repairing our bathroom ceiling and removing mould from the window frames caused by a leak upstairs. He was professional, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy. The ceiling looks as good as new, and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommended!

Update: 12/12/2024: The Systeme support team contacted me following my review, stating they had addressed the 3 ticket submissions I made. Despite their responses being sent to my Gmail account, the emails did not reach me. They somehow obtained another email of mine and assisted in resolving the issues, displaying impressive patience even when I expressed frustration. Although I had been critical, their support was commendable. However, they could have made greater efforts to contact me and provide clearer tutorials. For instance, clarifying that if a DNS already contains a DMARC record, users should delete it and maintain only their DMARC entry. Additionally, some DNS setups may not require systemeio1._domainkey.[yourdomainname.com], just the systemeio1._domainkey. Enhanced tutorials could have prevented this entire ordeal.

Due to their assistance, I revised my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I am generally a fan of this tool and I've been using them for the past 7 months or so, without a single time needing support from them.

But, I recently migrated my websites to new hosting providers and I had to re-authenticate.

I followed the instructions but, for some reason, I couldn't re-authenticate them.

I contacted systeme support 3 times until now (Yes, 3 times) and they haven't responded.

It's been 3 weeks and I can't send an email (due to the fact that the domains are not authenticated), I've lost the black Friday momentum because of this and in generally I feel betrayed.

If this company can't handle their support request, shut the shop down and leave professionals work in this field.

Either way, I'll start looking for another solution.

UPDATE: The liars at Systeme, claim that they responded in all three of my support tickets. THEY HAVEN'T RESPONDED IN NONE.

My emails work fine and I CHALLENGE them to paste their response HERE ON TRUSTPILOT.

Super compentent, extremely responsive, 100% cooperative and very very friendly. I really did not expect that such great service exists in this industry. A truly Supportive and professional service from a Family Run Business - Thank you Amber Group.

We recently had an issue with our Electrics which meant we had no heating, hot water, Cooker or washing machine and all the plug circuit down stair was not working and Amber Group provided the most amazing service.
It happened on a Sunday afternoon - but I was able to speak with a person - not an answer machine who suggested things we should try initially. We could not resolve ourselves and Amber went out of their way to sort out a visit first thing Monday Morning.

The Electrician arrived promptly and fixed the issue including getting our boiler back up and running , despite a continuing issue - which has since resolve.

An Amazing service from a great team Special thanks to Luke whom I deal with on Sunday and George the amazing electrician.
