As an adult I was disappointed. The dinosaur part of the zoo was brilliant but animal wise nothing to see. Zebra area was cut out zebra as were other animals. Saw one male lion in the distance, two camels nothing much else. Fine for little children as they like to run around. Lots of little school children who seemed to be enjoying themselves.

I've been a happy customer for 4 years now. I've got a couple dozen YouTube tutorials on how to use the system, have had dozens of encounters with support and a few conversations with the owner.
Lighting quick support, which is refreshing in this day & age. Most times, they are very helpful, although had some issues with some of the reps. It felt like they weren't that knowledge with the software.
It's a simple platform and great for beginners. Tough to beat the price.
The analytics are their biggest weakness. They don't offer much, and it's been a requested feature for years in the FB group. I moved on to a more robust system, as I needed to scale my business (not to say you can't with SystemeIO, I just wanted better analytics).
I tried to downgrade my account 2 months ago, and had to jump through hoops. (I was on the $97/mo plan). I was charged $97 TWICE after requesting to downgrade. They don't offer refunds, so I got screwed out of about $200.
Still a great platform, but know it's a process to downgrade your account. In their defense, most software companies make you "jump through hoops" to downgrade/cancel, unfortunately.

You we’re very helpful today ref the use of the breakdown service I’ve included in my insurance policy & understand that it only covers my personal car.
Need to have the option to cover any vehicle
Also I understand that having a speeding ban code with increase my insurance premium but still thinks it’s astronomically expensive & waiting with abated breath on my renewal price later this year.
I hope it’s vastly reduced as the ban ended in November 2023
