I took my 3 years old niece and it’s her fav place now. There is mini pool, indoor soft area, outdoor play area, dinosaur park and of course an awesome zoo. You can’t beat this place for variety to activities. I am now thinking of getting annual pass.

Excellent wildlife park especially for disabled. So user friendly. Have been very many times. Disappointed last time we went as poured with rain the whole time and as we had already bought tickets we had to go. Even though never wanted money back did ask if can have a bit of a discount on next visit and was told no.

The new Hertfordshire Zoo is a truly wonderful attraction.<br>It's evolved so much in the last few years with obvious huge investment into the park, facilities, theming and animals.<br>Every member of staff we met there were courteous and helpful.<br>The animals were beautiful and obviously well cared for and stimulated. The environment was well thought out and created a very natural experience while at the same time colourful and entertaining.<br>I've noted a few comments about food prices in the reviews. We actually made comment that we thought the food outlets were very reasonably priced and actually probably cheaper than a lot of similar attractions we've attended in the past.<br>If you've never been before it's a must. If you haven't been for a while like us... Go again and see what's changed, you'll be very pleasantly surprised!<br>.<br>Ps... The otters were adorable!
