Everything went very well leading up to the rental or our property, and has continued to go well with the Personal Agent. The only reason for 4 stars is that communication in regard to minor maintenance issues could have been clearer at the start, but this could have been misunderstanding on our part. Generally communication is very good and responsive, and we are very happy with the service they are providing.

The team managing the migration was excellent, they regularly kept in touch with me to let me know how the migration was going and to resolve issues. It did take some time but they made me aware of that upfront.
