David phoned after I registered my entry to introduce himself and explain how he runs the events to ensure you get the most out of it. The entire team in Epsom were really great. Even though we were not their clients (we were buyers), they were all very professional. Both Joe and Morgan were very helpful throughout the process of looking for our first home to buy. They were easily reachable by phone, communicated well with us by email and phone, notified us when a new property was on the market, arranged viewings with sometimes short notice and were very professional. We also spoke with Chris a few times on the phone and he dealt with our requests efficiently. Sarah followed the sales and kept us updated throughout from just before exchange to completion. We finally got our keys for our first home from Adam. We wish to thank each and every one of the Epsom team.

I have used the Gill’s firm for many years and have always found them an excellent company. I recently had a serious plumbing problem, my main water tank leaking but it could only be removed by being cut up. It was necessary to change my whole system to mains water only. This big job was expensive but carried out by an excellent heating engineer/plumber who worked very hard and was most considerate of me, an elderly lady. He was always on time, kept me informed, cleared up the necessary mess and was generally very professional. I would give the firm and particularly this engineer a Five Star rating.

What a great historic theatre this is. from booking tickets to the moment you arrive their customer service is 2nd to non.
All of the front of house, box office and bar staff know how to make a theatrical experience special. They are a professional team.
Before lockdown I did the back stage tour with a tour guide called Jack. He knew so much about the building and local social history and made our back stage tour informative and fun.
They have a great programme of events, I especially love their annual summer show.
