Very clean and tidy. Well laid out with new enclosures opening soon. Lots of animals in nice enclosures. Well worth a visit. In addition the best dinosaur animatronics I've seen and the most dinosaurs. All in all an excellent day out.

I love this place, I had a nasty fall, really hurt one leg and fractured the ankle if my other leg. It was on a small drain lower than the ground that I didn't see just before we got to the penguins. However the first aid staff were lovely, looked after me and my God daughter who was with me. They arranged for us to be driven to the local hospital too. So thank you Paradise, we hope to see you soon

Great professional service, Ray Steward who conducted our viewing was very professional and made my elderly mother in law feel very important and comfortable. Sarah, who took over with the completion process went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and kept us up to date with everything. Ray and Sarah are a credit to the company.
